Amazing experience! I took my two year-old in today and we had a much better experience than the first dentist he went to. The dentist and the hygienist were very and patient with my son and answered all of my questions. The office was clean and organized. Everyone I encountered from the receptionist to the dentist were very kind.

This was my 2 year old daughter’s first time to the dentist and she wasn’t a fan (she has a big personality lol)… however, this was the best experience I could have asked for!! The staff was so patient and kind. The office is MADE for kids. I would highly suggest this place to anyone needing to take a little one to get their teeth checked!!

As a very nervous mom, I can’t thank this team enough for the incredible care they gave my 5-year-old son. Connor, the anesthesiologist was absolutely amazing. He allowed me to go back with my son and stay with him until he peacefully went to sleep, which meant everything to me. I was emotional and crying, and Connor along with the staff reassured me the entire time with so much kindness and compassion. Everyone provided excellent care throughout my son’s procedure and recovery, making sure he was safe, comfortable, and fully awake before we left. The entire dental staff was comforting, patient, and supportive from start to finish. This was such a scary experience for me as a parent, but they made us feel completely cared for every step of the way. I’m beyond grateful for the compassion and professionalism we received.

My children and myself cannot say enough great things about Firefly and their staff! My kiddos are on the spectrum and they are so incredibly accommodating of them. If there’s any type of emergency dental care needed they get us in right away. All of the staff are awesome but we think so incredibly highly of the Lauren’s! They are the sweetest office manager and dentist! They make you feel like friends just getting together to visit! My children look forward to seeing them and my daughter thinks her dental experience is actually relaxing. Dr Lauren has worked over and through her lunch just to make sure my children’s dental needs were taken care of. They are the sweetest people and are definitely gifted. Thank you for being such Amazing people inside and out!

We experienced a dental emergency with our one-year-old son and were understandably very concerned. The office was able to accommodate us with a same-day appointment, which immediately put us at ease. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was exceptionally kind, compassionate, and attentive. They handled our son with such patience and care, ensuring he was comfortable throughout the visit while also thoroughly explaining everything to us as parents. The level of professionalism and genuine concern we received exceeded our expectations. We are truly grateful for their prompt response and outstanding care during a stressful situation.
